Frequently asked questions
Your ticket includes access to all sessions on Friday and Saturday, networking lunch on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, morning and afternoon tea breaks, and access to the Summit networking dinner on Friday evening. Accommodation is booked separately.
Absolutely! Many school owners bring their leadership team. Each person needs their own ticket, but you'll all benefit from learning and implementing together.
The Summit is designed as a complete experience across both days. Sessions build on each other, and you'll miss critical content if you only attend one day. We strongly recommend committing to the full event.
Selected sessions may be recorded for EFC Members, but we encourage live attendance. The networking, conversations, and relationships you build are just as valuable as the formal sessions—and those can't be captured on video.
Cancellation policies will be outlined during the registration process. We recommend reviewing these carefully before booking.
Not at all! The Summit is open to any martial arts school owner in Australia or New Zealand, regardless of what software you use. The strategies we teach work regardless of your tech stack.
Bring a notebook, laptop or tablet for taking notes, business cards for networking, comfortable clothing (business casual), and an open mind ready to learn and implement.
Yes! Most sessions include Q&A time, and you'll have plenty of opportunities during breaks and meals to connect with speakers and fellow attendees.
